I've recently discovered I have an allergy to cinnamon --it causes peripheral dermatitis so although not life threatening, it is unsightly. I love Indian foods and curries but I know garam masala has cinnamon in it and was wondering if you have a substitute recipe for this spice combination. Much thanks!
